Do you work as far north as Delano?
Yes. Delano is a city in north Kern County near the Tulare County line, surrounded by vineyards and farmland. Because it is farther from Bakersfield, we often schedule Delano visits on set days, and we tell you the timing up front.
What do Delano properties need?
- Back-yard privacy fences and replacements on older homes.
- Steel front-yard fences and driveway gates.
- Chain link for side yards and dogs.
- Perimeter fencing around vineyard blocks, ag shops and equipment yards.
Which rules apply?
Delano has its own city zoning and building rules. Farmland outside city limits falls under Kern County. We confirm which applies to your parcel and design to it.
What lasts in Delano's heat?
The same principles as in Bakersfield: UV-stable vinyl in a light color, sealed wood on steel posts, or powder-coated metal. For ag perimeters, galvanized chain link on steel posts is hard to beat.
Which fence fits a Delano property?
Choose chain link for ag and side yards, steel for a secure front, and vinyl for back-yard privacy.
